Great food
I’ve tried lots of different backpack meals and always went back to dehydrating my own meals, because store bought has always been inferior. But I bought these because I didn’t have enough time to make my own and was surprised how good they were. They’re as good as my home made meals and they’re not hard on my stomach like others I’ve tried. And best of all it’s a Canadian product.
Simply delicious! Perfectly spicy for me (not too much). The double portion is generous. I had to add a little more water.
Delicious meal full of flavour and definitely fills you up with the amount of quinoa and sausage. I would recommend leaving it to hydrate slightly longer than the amount on the package - after 15 minutes with boiled water it still had some crunchy bits. But some may like that!
Great flavour and texture. I'd say this is a close second to the Butter Chicken for us.
