Tried it out camping for lunch, so tasty
I enjoyed this meal (single size) on a recent trip. I added a bit more water and let it sit for 15 minutes so the rice Was soft and fluffy. I added a wrap to the meal as I needed more calories. A little bit bigger serving would have been nice!
This meal was absolutely delicious!! I love the natural ingredients and how filling it was! Definitely will be ordering again!
All the West Coast Kitchen dinners we took on our canoe trip were excellent. We saved this one for our last day and it didn't disappoint. Highly recommended.
