The serving size is well ... sized. I have a good/huge appetite and it almost filled me. The stew taste and texture are perfect. It definitely taste middle-eastern-ish in a very good way to my tastebuds. After a long day in the trail, under constant rain in a near freezing temperatures it hits the spot just right.
