David Wilson In theory it sounded good, but I was skeptical. Would the flavor be right? Would the texture be right?
Oh it was! West Coast Kitchen nailed this one! With simple, natural ingredients and easy to prepare with cold water it was truly a phenomenal snack to enjoy with pita bread on an alpine ridge on a recent mountaineering trip. I would highly recommend this one!
