    The Persian Bean Bowl is one of the best backpacking meals I have enjoyed. The spices are just right for me because they do not overpower the taste of the bowl, yet add a wonderful flavour. The meal rehydrated very well in just ten minutes and I usually need to wait for other brands longer to get the proper consistency. So far I have really liked all of the West Coast Kitchen products I’ve tried.
