Indian favourite made with Fat Chili Farm’s own butter chicken sauce recipe and basmati rice. Just add boiling water.

    The butter chicken and rice meal is so delicious and doesn’t taste like it comes from a bag. The portion size is generous and was enough to feed two hungry hikers.

    Excellent. Generous portions and good flavour. Doesn’t taste like a camp meal. You can add a little more water than suggested if you like it saucier.

    I picked up a couple different meals for a weekend hunting trip after hearing about it on episode 34 of the EatWild podcast. The butter chicken was delicious! There is nothing better than a hearty meal in the forest. They are super light weight and actually taste like real food and it’s made with real ingredients! Just pour some hot water in the pouch and wait 10 mins. 100% would recommend. I love that it’s a local business too which I fully appreciate. Keep up the awesome work and I can’t wait to try all the other meals!
